API 서비스에 읽기/쓰기 권한을 줄 때에는
해당 서비스가 설명한 기능들을 참고하고
동작을 예측하여 accept 하는게 일반적이지 않겠습니까?
제작자가 남긴 "브라우저로 트위터 보는 프로그램, 트윈버드" 라는 문구를 보고 누가 내 계정으로 원치않는 status update 를 한다고 생각할 수 있을까요?

Twitter의 API terms II-1-(b)
(a) sending Tweets or other messages on their behalf. A user authenticating through your application does not constitute consent to send a message.
(b) If your application allows users to send Tweets or other content to Twitter, show the user exactly what will be published.
